OUTSIDE FACING ROOMS
The thermostat located on the inside wall of the guestroom acts in conjunction with the fan unit on the outside wall. Both units must be adjusted to affect the room’s temperature. This applies to both heating and cooling dependent on the season.
- Adjust thermostat to desired temperature. (you should hear a slight “hissing” from the unit)
- Adjust the fan below the window to high, medium or low.
- You will feel a difference in the temperature of the air coming out of the unit.

The thermostat located on the wall of the guestroom controls the temperature of the air blowing from the vent above the unit.
- Adjust thermostat to desired temperature on the wall unit.
- You will feel a difference in the temperature of the air coming out of the unit.
- DO NOT BLOCK the vent to the pool, this will maintain proper circulation in the guest room.
